THE RETURN OF SUPER POWERS
The Weekly World News reports that aside from reports of the Pope
getting his butt kicked by Satan, and Hitler's ghost living in
a refrigerator in Des Moines! Kenner has decided to reissue the
classic Super Powers line, and supplemented by several 2 and 3
packs of never-before seen figures called Super Powers Unlimited.
Here's
a spiffy group shot from the Green Lantern bash celebrating their
horrible demise at the hands of Ron Marz. Yeah, Kyle Rayner's
a cooler concept than a whole corps of diverse aliens protecting
the galaxy. In the hands of Alan Moore you get Mogo and the Blind
GL who battles evil with sound, from Marz we get Fatality and
Effigy. Yipee. And thanks for killing Salaak, the only decent
LIVING RECOGNIZABLE GL, in "Green Lanterns vs. Aliens."
At least Crossgen has no recognizable icons for you to kill.
As you can see there is plenty of room to expand the line!

and milliputted. Salaak is an X-Men Sauron, with Nightcrawler
hands and feet.
