Was some sort of Batman figure. Ears and other features trimmed off, face cut out and replaced with plumber's putty. oh, and the cape used to belong to a She-Force Silver Fox, or whatever they called her.

Bizarro is made from a DC Superheroes (ie, toybiz) Superman figure. I resculpted the heavy brow and mussed hair, then just repainted.

TNT was a DC SuperHeroes Riddler with a hood sculpted into place. Painted, finished with a cape.

Hey, I finally found a use for a Star trek figure! Supergirl used to be a first edition Deanna Troi. I cut off all the old hair, then resculpted a new head of hair and filled in the seam lines of her uniform. Then paints, and pieces of another old jacket for the cape and skirt.

Highfather is created from a Prince of Theives Little John figure. I trimmed off the mustache, and sculpted his torso to more closely resemble a pseudo-cloth look. His garment is made from a piece of an old jacket and a piece of wire stitched together.
