She started as a Poison Ivy figure from the Girls of Gotham Set (These are the best !!) She was really a simple repaint. Her mask and choker are index card material.

Green Guardsman was a Superman repaint with a cape from Martian Manhunter.

Streak was a Daredevil Secret Wars reapinted with goggles from a armor Superman and helmet sculpted from fimo.

Tom Tubine was also a Superman repaint with fimo for gauntlet, belt and boots.
