BLACKLIGHT
*Recipe : This guy is made using the body of an Archangel,
a remodeled Batman head, plumber's putty neck, Das Pronto
boot and hand cuffs and White Queen's hair. I first spray
painted the whole figure with white matte, then black painted
accordingly. I dry-brushed his gloves and boots with silver
acrilyc. Fairly easy.
WHITENOISE
*Recipe : For this one I used the body of Street Fighter
Chun Li with a Street Fighter Cammy head and an unknown
Storm hair. Das Pronto was used for the hand and boot cuffs
and to fill in some holes. She is hand painted with acrilycs
and dry-brushed the cuffs with silver.
MANTA
*Recipe : Manta is made with a Light Up Psylocke body, arms
and legs, with Das Pronto to cover the details, a Water
Wars Storm head with Das Pronto neck, and the cape was re-shaped
to size and came from an old Batman figure. I painted Manta
with acrylics.
VOYAGER
*Recipe : I used the whole body of a Kazaar figure, I sanded
down a little bit his feet and added Das Pronto to the now
sanded down toes and I used stripes of paper to make his
boots. With a piece of Toothpaste tube I made the "TAPARABO"
and a rubber band is holding it. Then, I painted the figure
with acrilyc paints.
MOONDANCER
*Recipe : For this gal I used the whole body of She-Force
Viper, with the hair of a Snowbird. The belt is from another
toy, she has a necklace, too. Toothpaste tube was used for
the "straps" on the legs, chest and shoulders.
I used Das Pronto to cover the details on her legs, arms
and waist. Well, what can I say, plain and simple, no mayor
task involved.
EARTHQUAKE
*Recipe : I used a War Machine head with lots of Das Pronto,
a Doc. Samson body and arms and Hercules legs. I painted
the figure with acrylic paint, and then I dry-brused the
whole figure, thanks to the picture shot we can't see that.
After that, I outlined the muscles a little with black.
PLUTONIA
*Recipe : I used an Alpha Flight Vindicator body with
a Spiderman head. Das pronto for the eyes and toothpicks
for the head spikes. I mixed a little bit of silver with
purple, to give her like a glowing effect because she
is in constant glowing in the comics, now I don't know
if that worked or not, she does look different but in
person, the picture killed her shining effect :(.
