While the other larger toy companies, such as
Hasbro and Mattel are afforded their own spacious showrooms,
the smaller companies are relegated to lesser reaches of the
massive convention center. Here, next to the boiler room, we
find the Pez display.
Building on the success of their recent Simpsons
line of dispensers, the next assortment features America's favorite
family as they appear after an Itchy and Scratchy-induced nuclear
power plant accident in the comic epic "When Bongo's Collide".
The assortment features the evil characters "The Jazzler", "The
Entangler" and "The Ingestible Bulk". Out to stop these evil-doers
are "Bartman" and his pal "Radioactive Man".

Bartman stands ready to combat evil on all fronts.
According to the spokesmodel at the display, this assortment
may be retitled "Bartman: The Sweet, Sweet Tast of Justice"
to tie in with the candy theme of the dispensers. "Plutonium
Plum" and "Atomic Apple" are two new flavors of candy under
consideration for this assortment.
Rising from the still-molten streetscape on her
lethal hairdo, is The Entangler. Her innovative hairdo sports
4 points of articulation! A first for a Pez dispenser.
The entire assortment. Not pictured is Bartman's
accomplice "Brainbaby" who was still under development at the
time of the Convention. These yummy heroes and villains should
be in stores in time for Christmas.
