Wave 1	Wave 1 consists of Solomon Grundy, Sinestro, and Etrigan the Demon. Grundy and Etrigan had been seen before, but the Sinestro figure is new.
Wave 2 features some of the enemies of Superman, and consists of Metallo, Parasite, and Lex Luthor.	Wave 2
	Deluxe 2-pack	The deluxe pack includes two denziens of the deep: King Shark and Black Manta. For Black Manta, the post-'Underworld Unleashed' mutated version was chosen for the sculpt.

Unexpectedly, sculptor Arkenyon has apparently switched sides from being a hotshot Marvel character sculptor for Toy Biz to the joining the purist pantheon for DC. Here's what he had to say:

"See, what haaaaad happened was, is that, I tried to force the scale issue with Toy Biz. I told them 5 1/2 inch scale, or nothing. But then I heard that the new figures were 6 inch scale. I'm not saying that I won't work on Marvel figures again, but these knuckleheads have got to get their act together. For now, I'm happy helping to fill out the DC action figure roster."

When asked what the future held, Arkenyon smiled wickedly and said, "Evil, pure evil." We took that to mean more DC villains, but only time will tell.
