Buffy the Vampire Slayer *Tall Tales* Line

Recipes

Thanks to MAC, DST, Art Asylum, Mezco, SOTA Toys  & McFarlane for the parts. Thanks to dman for the Andrew recipe.

*Tall Tales* Exacto-Knife Buffy & the Vampire Jock

For Buffy, I used a Primeval Buffy figure with Cheerleader Buffy head and Heroes Claire legs. I removed the pony-tail and sculpted a new longer one with a fluffy fringe. I sculpted her cheerleader outfit. I painted her to look more like Buffy. I trimmed down a small knife to shape it like an Exacto Knife.
For the Vampire Jock, I used a Brett Favre figure. I don't follow American Football so I don't know who he is, but he had the correct pose and wasn't wearing a helmet. I repositioned him to look more defensive. I moved his head to look down and made his neck thicker. I sculpted the Vampire bumpies and repainted him in the same colours as Buffy's cheerleader outfit.
They share a locker room stand.

*Tall Tales* Alligator-Wrassling Faith

I used MAC Faith with Buffy arms and a DST Faith head. I sculpted her top. I thought it was funny to paint it in animal print. I sculpted her hair falling forward, and painted her to look more like Faith.
I used a smallish crocodile to make the alligator. It was all I could find on short notice! I cut it in half and sculpted a longer middle section. I repainted it in alligator colours.
I used an upturned stand for the pool. I sculpted the mud, and used brown-dyed Scenic Water for the muddy water. I used glue, sealant and extra globs of Scenic Water to make the ripples and waves.

*Tall Tales* Dancing-for-Dollars Xander

I used a DST Xander head with an Austin Powers body. I removed the furry chest. I sculpted his chest, shorts and boots. I sculpted his neck and over the arm joins.
I painted him with some fur on his arms, legs and stomach. He's trying to look sexy but his cheeks are blushing.
He has a stage stand, and some dollars for his moves.

*Tall Tales* Masterpiece-Theatre Andrew

I used a Peter Parker head with a Spike body. I removed the thighs and resculpted them with his legs crossed. I sculpted the shirt, cravat, and smoking jacket. I raised his forehead, sculpted his hair and painted him to look like Andrew.
He has a book, pipe, chair and stand.

*Tall Tales* Murderous Faith & the Vulcan

For Faith I used a DST Faith head and Cordy body. I resculpted the body completely, to give it Faith's body shape, jeans, a metal belt, and bomber jacket. I painted her to look like Faith.
I removed Spock's shirt and his knees. I sculpted him in a kneeling position and resculpted his shirt a bit more baggy. I painted him to look like Spock, rather than the guest actor, as I find it funnier. Poor Spock is still showing the peace sign!
